This mission gets much easier if you place cannon walls at each of your bases. Don't forget to use pylons to power up the extra buildings. While the enemy attacks in great number, their bases are lightly defended, and you will have no problem clearing them. The waypoints heal Zeratul, so keep that in mind if he gets injured.
