(12) Barracks
(13) Refinery
(15) Tech Lab
(16) Orbital Command

- Start pumping out Reapers and upgrading Nitro Packs
- If your opponent still clearly wont have Speedlings anytime soon, then continue building Barracks with Tech Labs and making more Reapers
- Remember this is very Micro intensive, keep a close eye on your Reapers

NOTE: Build orders should never stay static and are subject to change based on what your opponent is doing! Remember this is an RTS: use your brain, be adaptable, profit.
