(10) Supply Depot (12) Barracks (13) Refinery (15) Refinery (16) Orbital Command (16) Tech Lab - Barracks (18) Factory (23) Starport (23) Tech Lab - Barracks (25) Starport - When first Starport is finished swap it onto the Tech Lab you build on the Factory, then start researching cloak and building your first Banshee. Use that Banshee to harass your opponent - Move out when your Raven is complete and you have 4-5 Banshees, you should have been making Marines the entire time and should have a sizable force - Be sure to keep your Raven alive and have SCVs to repair the Raven / Banshees, use the Raven and Marines to take out any Observers and render your opponent unable to see your cloaked Banshees. NOTE: Build orders should never stay static and are subject to change based on what your opponent is doing!
